SeiCom Consulting Services is a remote help desk and consulting startup providing efficient, dependable, and affordable IT support to small businesses. The core mission is to enable companies to focus on their core competencies while ensuring their IT systems remain operational, secure, and responsive. SeiCom Consulting Services aims to bridge the gap between high-quality IT services and small businesses’ needs, offering scalable remote help desk solutions tailored to each client’s specific IT infrastructure. 

Do you provide onsite support?

Yes, we utilize our partners if you need someone to come onsite to troubleshoot an issue!

Where do you service?

We currently support the United States from coast to coast.

Do you support other platforms?

We do not support Apple OS/iOS at this time. We do support standard Windows default applications, and we can offer support on ‘your specific’ business applications if you provide instructions or knowledgebases to work with!
We also have relationships with many other partners that can help provide more escalated/varied support if needed!

How would our users contact you?

Our support staff would be available by phone, email and a support portal customized to your business!

Do you handle hardware provisioning?

We do not do this in-house. But we can partner with an existing provider you use, or we can setup existing partners to provide you hardware!

What’s the catch?

There is none, that we know of! A lot of companies don’t need massive IT teams and large support contracts. That is where we come in! We only provide what you need. If you need more, we have wonderful partners that work ‘WITH’ us, to scale up to your requirements!
